My name is Leanne Lawrence and I’m excited to help you on your journey to reduce stress and anxiety by helping you to balance your mind and body with positive, guided meditation and medical hypnosis.
As a family doctor, I’ve seen first hand the effects of increased daily stress on my clients and patients—and I want to help you reduce these effects and leave behind unhelpful emotions or overwhelming experiences to help improve your mental and physical health, naturally.
I’ve helped patients all over the world do this through the amazing holistic art of positive, guided meditation within General Practice.
By leveraging these and similar techniques, I’ve been fortunate enough to help people approach various health problems with sound strategies that impact a multitude of personal roadblocks, including allergies and infections, auto-immune conditions and high blood pressure, sleeping problems, even hyper-activity, anxiety and depression.
Children are particularly sensitive to the stress levels of key careers around them and will unconsciously adapt these as emotional norms. Sheila Granger is an experienced clinical hypnotherapist based in the United Kingdom, specializing in weight control. She promotes a weight loss technique using her interpretation of Virtual Gastric Bands as an effective alternative to the actual Gastric Band operation.
She has appeared on BBC Television and radio shows including BBC Radio 5 Live. Sheila has also appeared in the UK Tabloids including The Daily Express and The Sun both of which documented the success of her interpretation of the Virtual Gastric Band.

Stefan Sageman, is a clinical hypnotherapist based in Auckland, New Zealand. He specializes in weight loss hypnosis (including virtual gastric band) and smoking cessation.
Focusing on altering the cause of problems and constantly striving to find new techniques to resolve previously difficult conditions for people.

Scott Schmaren is an internationally known therapeutic hypnotist, speaker, coach and author. He co-wrote the book, “Stepping Stones to Success”, along with Jack Canfield, Deepak Chopra and Dr. Denis Waitley.
He is also the creator of, “The Quantric Formula for Success” which is the life transformation program he created to literally transform every area of his life, including helping him lose and keep off more than 180 pounds.
Scott has appeared on “Oprah” and Oprah said, “If Scott can do it, I can do it and so can you!". Scott is a regular guest on The Howard Stern Show and Daily Mail. He has also appeared on Fox News, Coast to Coast Radio and has been featured in Reader’s Digest and The New York Times. Scott recently appeared on the television show, “Moving America Forward”, with William Shatner and Doug Lewellyn and was honoured for his work.
Scott has also spoken for many organizations including the women’s organization “Dress for Success” at their “Leadership Conference” and their “International Success Summit”. Scott has also presented a Ted Talk.
Scott’s process of transformation is being used to help cancer patients, children and adults from all walks and areas of life.
Scott has committed his life to helping others overcome the obstacles and challenges in their lives and to help them create and live the life of their dreams.

Laura Lockwood, vocal talent, hails from off-the-grid North Idaho. Having developed voices and accents from a young age and impersonated anything she could get her ears on.
She attended Grinnell College in Iowa, pursuing her passions in French and Psychology, but ultimately realized she couldn't quiet the 'voices in her head'.
After training at VoiceTrax San Francisco and honing her craft under instruction from voice actor Doug Boyd, Laura moved back east and now freelances voice-over and co-hosts the Q Morning Show on 97.9, Portland’s #1 hit music station.
