Through my work, I have become aware that many people experience increasing stress, and daily, I see the effects of this increasing stress on health. It is now my passion to work towards opposing this trend at every level and opportunity.

For many years my patients have enjoyed discovering the amazing health benefits of positive guided meditation within General Practice. With these and similar techniques, I feel fortunate to have helped people with conditions as varied as allergies and infections, auto-immune conditions and high blood pressure, sleeping problems and hyper-activity to anxiety and depression.
