    Stress thoughts cause stress hormones to be released inside and this makes a person feel terrible, even causing more stress thoughts.

    A downwards stress spiral can establish, with any external bad news further exacerbating the situation. Over time negative thoughts, memories or recollections can become the norm. Stress hormones cause fatigue, and causes sensory input to be filtered, in negative ways. So that all the ‘bad stuff’ is center stage, at the expense of any good news, within our thoughts.

    Stress inhibits healing.
